Meet Dr. Ruhi Soni
For Dr. Soni, seeing an eye doctor should be as comfortable as seeing your general physician.
Recognized as a ‘Rising Star’ by the Texas Monthly, Dr. Soni is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 15 years of experience. She has worked with patients from all backgrounds and walks of life, seeing the obstacles most encounter in managing their eye health, from finding the right doctor to receiving the proper treatment plans.
Dr. Soni began her ophthalmology journey at Texas’ most elite medical institution, the Baylor College of Medicine. She has since worked as a board-certified ophthalmologist in multiple settings, ranging from large-scale to small practices. Throughout her career, Dr. Soni has focused on quality care, rather than volume. Dr. Soni fine-tuned her patient communication and surgical skills by taking extra time and steps with each patient. Not only did this translate into a higher surgical success rate, but it strengthened her knowledge of the patient experience – a vital facet in providing the best care.
