Getting Here from Conroe
From Conroe, head south on I-45 toward Houston. Take the exit for SH-99 (Grand Parkway) West and follow it to US-290 West (Northwest Freeway). Exit at Jarvis Road. Our office at 27700 Northwest Freeway, Suite 390 is right off the exit. The drive takes approximately 40 to 45 minutes from downtown Conroe.
Patients from the Grand Central Park area and Lake Conroe communities often find the Grand Parkway route to be the most efficient way to reach us without cutting through Houston traffic. Free parking is available at the building entrance.
